Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

  2. In a large bowl, beat together the sugar and vegetable oil until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Gently fold in the apples and nuts.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
