Description

These jerk chicken wings offer a spicy kick balanced with zesty lime juice and jerk seasoning, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for maximum flavor.
  4. Place the marinated wings on the grill and cook for approximately 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove the wings from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, pat them dry before marinating. You can also bake them at 400°F (200°C) for about 40-45 minutes.
