- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeños, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and chopped jalapeños.
- Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low, spread the cheese mixture over the chicken, and cover until cheese is melted (3-5 minutes).
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with a side salad or crusty bread.
