Description

Delightful bite-sized pieces of baked mac and cheese, crispy on the outside and oozing with melted cheese inside, perfect for snacks or parties.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, milk, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until every bit of macaroni is coated in cheesy goodness.
  3. Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Spoon the macaroni mixture into the muffin tin cups, filling them about 3/4 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the bites are set.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispy bites, top each cup with a sprinkle of breadcrumbs before baking. You can also experiment with different cheese blends for unique flavors.
