Ingredients

  • 150g granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper, allowing the paper to extend above the rim.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, and mix until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Sift in the flour and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is deeply browned and the center is still slightly jiggly.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve chilled.
