Ingredients
Scale
- 600g cream cheese
- 150g granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 250ml heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper, allowing the paper to extend above the rim.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, and mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt.

- Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is deeply browned and the center is still slightly jiggly.

- Serve chilled.
