Description

A refreshing and flavorful iced coffee with a unique blend of spices and sweetness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (strong and bold)
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind—dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional but highly recommended!)
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional but amazing)
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for extra flair)

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee using your favorite grounds. Let it cool to room temperature or refrigerate it to speed up the cooling process.
  2. In a glass, combine the cooled coffee, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and cayenne pepper (if you’re feeling adventurous). Stir until everything is dissolved and well mixed.
  3. Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
  4. Top each glass with a generous swirl of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish.

Notes

For best results, enjoy fresh. Leftovers can be stored without ice in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
