- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the honey garlic mixture over them. Toss to coat thoroughly.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- If using, sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top before serving.
Notes
For more flavor, marinate wings in the honey garlic mixture for 1-2 hours or overnight. Use a wire rack for crispiness.
