Finger-licking good and bursting with flavor, Honey Garlic Chicken Wings combine the sweetness of honey with the savory depth of garlic and soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the honey garlic mixture over them. Toss to coat thoroughly.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  5. If using, sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top before serving.

Notes

For more flavor, marinate wings in the honey garlic mixture for 1-2 hours or overnight. Use a wire rack for crispiness.
