- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Season the chicken breasts and place them on the same baking sheet. Brush honey BBQ sauce over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
