A delightful and easy meal combining savory chicken and comforting roasted potatoes with a sweet and tangy honey BBQ sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Season the chicken breasts and place them on the same baking sheet. Brush honey BBQ sauce over the chicken.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
