Description

A refreshing watermelon slushie that’s perfect for hot days, made with fresh watermelon and lime juice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon and lime juice. If desired, add sugar.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until slushy.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use a ripe watermelon for the sweetest flavor. Freeze the watermelon cubes for a thicker slushie.
