Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute until shimmering.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent and tender.

- Add the crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper, then let it simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
