- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Mix the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip the marinated chicken pieces into the flour mixture until well coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken pieces in batches for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain the fried chicken on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with a variety of dipping sauces like honey mustard, barbecue, or ranch dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
