Ingredients
- Pizza dough

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Layer on the pepperoni and any optional toppings.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillings and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Carefully roll the dough from one end to the other and seal the seams.
- Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
