Description

A delightful rolled pizza that combines gooey mozzarella and savory pepperoni, perfect for sharing and easy customization.


Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Green bell peppers (optional)
  • Onions (optional)
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Layer on the pepperoni and any optional toppings.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the fillings and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  6. Carefully roll the dough from one end to the other and seal the seams.
  7. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve with marinara sauce.

Notes
