Homemade Pizza Rolls

Description

Delicious and customizable homemade pizza rolls with a crispy exterior and cheesy filling, perfect for snacks or parties.


Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni (or other toppings)
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about an eighth of an inch thick.
  3. Cut the rolled dough into squares, approximately 3 inches on each side.
  4. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite toppings in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over to form a pocket and seal the edges tightly.
  6. Brush the tops of each roll with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
