Description
Delicious and customizable homemade pizza rolls with a crispy exterior and cheesy filling, perfect for snacks or parties.
Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni (or other toppings)
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about an eighth of an inch thick.
- Cut the rolled dough into squares, approximately 3 inches on each side.
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite toppings in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over to form a pocket and seal the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops of each roll with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
