Instructions

  2. Cutting Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into uniform bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mixing Dry Ingredients: In one bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Beating the Egg: In a second bowl, beat the egg until well mixed.
  5. Preparing the Breadcrumbs: In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  6. Coating the Chicken: Dip each piece in flour, then egg, and then breadcrumbs.
  7. Frying the Nuggets: Fry coated nuggets in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
