Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Italian sausage or pepperoni
- Marinara sauce
- Olive oil
- Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into 6-8 inch circles.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, sausage or pepperoni with herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Place a scoop of filling on one half of each dough circle.
- Fold the dough over and press the edges together, crimping with a fork.
- Brush tops with olive oil.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce.
