- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- Ice

Instructions
- Combine the blueberries, sugar, and 1 cup of water in a saucepan to form the syrup base.
- Heat over medium heat until the blueberries burst and the mixture becomes syrupy, about 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher to remove solids.
- Combine the blueberry syrup, fresh lemon juice, and the remaining 3 cups of water in a pitcher. Stir well, adjust sweetness if needed, and serve over ice with garnishes.
Notes
Store any leftover lemonade in a sealed container for 3-5 days. Stir before serving again.
