Description

Delightful and nutritious cookie dough cups made with Greek yogurt and protein powder for a guilt-free dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and measuring tools.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, almond flour, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently.
  4. Spoon the mixture into small cups or molds and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can also be frozen for longer storage.
