Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey or sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are smoothly blended.
- If desired, fold in any optional mix-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or fruit.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency (typically 20-25 minutes).
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 2-4 hours.
- Scoop and serve!
