Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
  • 1/4 cup honey or sweetener of choice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are smoothly blended.

  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency (typically 20-25 minutes).
  5. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 2-4 hours.
