Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 large sweet potato, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced sweet potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until tender and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a separate pan, seasoning with salt and pepper until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the hot honey until the beef is evenly coated.
