Description

High in protein and deliciously creamy, these pasta bowls are a satisfying meal combining savory chicken with rich, garlicky flavors.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Incorporate the parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the grilled chicken and cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine everything thoroughly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a splash of cream or water to restore creaminess.
