Delicious and nutritious high-protein brownies made with cottage cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips if using. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow the brownies to cool before slicing into squares and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week.
