Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic and cook until the onion turns translucent.
  2. Stir in the shredded chicken, white beans, corn, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, and paprika.
