Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, minced garlic, and minced ginger to create a sauce.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, seasoning with salt and pepper.
