- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup nut butter (e.g., almond or peanut)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped almonds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and salt. Stir until mixed uniformly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
