Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Use a spoon to break it apart as it cooks, continuing until it’s browned and no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender and vibrant.
  4. Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors. If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro before serving warm.
