Description

A mouthwatering delight that captures the essence of the iconic sandwich from Philadelphia, made with ground beef, sautéed onions, peppers, and gooey provolone cheese in a soft hoagie roll.


Ingredients

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hoagie rolls
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
