Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fries.
  5. Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil and salt, then bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes.
  6. For guacamole, mash avocados and mix in red onion, tomato, garlic, and lime juice with salt.
  7. Serve grilled chicken with sweet potato fries and chunky guacamole.
