Ingredients

- 180 grams Greek yogurt
- 15 grams whey protein powder (vanilla, cookie dough, or unflavored)
- 20 grams creamy peanut butter
- Sweetener of choice, to taste
- 1 teaspoon chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl.
- Add whey protein powder and creamy peanut butter, then sweetener to taste. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- If the dough is too thick, gradually add a splash of milk to adjust consistency.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in a pinch of salt or vanilla extract. Experiment with different nut butters for variation.
