Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing all the ingredients. Grate the cucumber and make sure to drain it well to avoid excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, drained grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Use a spatula or large spoon to mix everything together until well combined.
