Description

A refreshing grape salad combining sweet grapes with a creamy dressing and crunchy pecans, perfect for gatherings and summer barbecues.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds grapes (red and green mixed)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the grapes, then cut them in half if desired.
  2. In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the grapes and mix until evenly coated.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the chopped pecans with a little brown sugar and top the grape mixture with it.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half of the cream cheese with additional Greek yogurt. Consider adding chopped apples or berries for enhanced flavors.
