Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Pour melted butter and brown sugar into a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until creamy.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt gradually to the mixture. Mix until just combined. Gently fold in butterscotch chips.
  4. Pour the batter into the baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
