Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- In small cups or bowls, layer the cheesecake mixture, graham cracker crumbs, and mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, then top with additional whipped topping and berries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
