Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten free flour blend, salt, sugar, xanthan gum, and baking powder. Stir well to ensure even distribution.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sourdough starter, warm water, and olive oil until smoothly combined.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until fully combined and a thick batter forms.
- Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan and smooth the top. Cover with a clean towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
