Description

Creamy and cheesy, these Gluten-Free Cheese Crackers are a delightful snack that everyone will love, gluten-intolerant or not.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add the egg and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick; cut into desired shapes.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For longer storage, freeze in a sealed bag or container and re-crisp in the oven when needed.
