- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Add the egg and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
- Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick; cut into desired shapes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For longer storage, freeze in a sealed bag or container and re-crisp in the oven when needed.
