- 1 package of pizza dough
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about a quarter-inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares or rectangles, about 3-4 inches in size.
- In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture onto each piece of dough.
- Roll the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal securely.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, use a toaster oven or conventional oven for best results.
