Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  3. Cut the dough into squares or rectangles, about 3-4 inches in size.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture onto each piece of dough.
  6. Roll the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal securely.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, use a toaster oven or conventional oven for best results.
