  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Sauté the garlic butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the baby potatoes around the thighs and toss them in the juices.
  6. Top the dish with grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
