- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt garlic butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sear each side until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Combine the cooked rigatoni and grated Parmesan with the remaining garlic butter in the same skillet. Toss until well combined.
- Serve pasta on plates, topped with sliced chicken and garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh garlic butter. This dish can be made ahead of time but is best served fresh.
