- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the skillet with broccoli. Optional: squeeze lemon juice over the top and stir to combine.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
