Description

A delightful dish that pairs juicy chicken breasts with crisp-tender broccoli in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet with broccoli. Optional: squeeze lemon juice over the top and stir to combine.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Best served warm. Pairs nicely with rice, quinoa, or crusty bread.
