Description
Warm and flavorful garlic breadsticks that are easy to make and enhance any meal. Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside.
Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt together. Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture along with olive oil. Stir until a dough starts to form.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle. Cut into strips and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush over the breadsticks.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat as needed.
