Description

Delicious bite-sized pieces of steak marinated in garlic and balsamic vinegar, perfect for a quick dinner or party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Add the bite-sized pieces of steak to the marinade, coating each piece well and marinating for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the marinated steak bites, cooking for about 3-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve as an appetizer, over rice, or in salads. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
