Instructions
- Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Add the bite-sized pieces of steak to the marinade, coating each piece well and marinating for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the marinated steak bites, cooking for about 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
