Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings, then place them in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, combine the hot sauce, butter, vinegar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Heat over medium heat until the butter melts and the sauce is smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
Notes
