Ingredients

  • Tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan, cook the sausages and bacon over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
  2. Add halved tomatoes and sliced mushrooms to the pan, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your liking — fried or scrambled.
  4. Heat baked beans over gentle heat in a small saucepan until warmed through.
  5. If using, slice the black pudding and fry for about 3 minutes on each side until crispy.
  6. Serve everything hot on a plate with toast or fried bread spread with butter, and season with salt and pepper.
