Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips if using.
- Spoon the mixture into small silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 120-180 minutes or until solid.
- Pop the bites out of the molds and store in a freezer bag. Enjoy straight from the freezer!
Notes
These bites can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Experiment with different mix-ins for flavor variations.
