Description

Delightful and guilt-free frozen bites made with creamy Greek yogurt and rich peanut butter, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  3. Spoon the mixture into small silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for about 120-180 minutes or until solid.
  5. Pop the bites out of the molds and store in a freezer bag. Enjoy straight from the freezer!

Notes

These bites can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Experiment with different mix-ins for flavor variations.
