Description
A refreshing frozen fruit salad made with a variety of fruits and yogurt, perfect for warm days and gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup sliced grapes
- 1 cup yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the mixed berries, banana slices, diced pineapple, and sliced grapes.
- In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, honey (if using), and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit and gently mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, pop out the fruit salad cubes and serve immediately, or store in a freezer bag for later.
Notes
Store leftover fruit salad cubes in an airtight freezer bag or container for up to three months.
