Description

A refreshing frozen fruit salad made with a variety of fruits and yogurt, perfect for warm days and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup sliced grapes
  • 1 cup yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the mixed berries, banana slices, diced pineapple, and sliced grapes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, honey (if using), and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit and gently mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, pop out the fruit salad cubes and serve immediately, or store in a freezer bag for later.

Notes

Store leftover fruit salad cubes in an airtight freezer bag or container for up to three months.
