- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and cream cheese until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 1 hour to firm up.
- Shape the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the cheese balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
