Description

A delightful dessert celebrating juicy strawberries layered with whipped topping and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with 1/4 cup sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine the whipped cream, remaining sugar, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  3. Layer the crushed graham crackers at the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Add a layer of the strawberries followed by a layer of the whipped cream mixture, repeating until all ingredients are used.
  5. Finish with a generous layer of whipped cream and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
