Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with 1/4 cup sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the whipped cream, remaining sugar, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Layer the crushed graham crackers at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Add a layer of the strawberries followed by a layer of the whipped cream mixture, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Finish with a generous layer of whipped cream and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
