Description

Delightful Forgotten Cookies that are light, fluffy, and easy to make, requiring no active baking time.


Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (or nuts)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar to the egg whites, continuing to beat until glossy.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract carefully.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Turn off the oven and place the baking sheet inside.
  7. Leave the cookies in the oven overnight without opening the door.
  8. Remove the cookies from the oven in the morning and enjoy!
