Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips (or nuts)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar to the egg whites, continuing to beat until glossy.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract carefully.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Turn off the oven and place the baking sheet inside.
- Leave the cookies in the oven overnight without opening the door.
- Remove the cookies from the oven in the morning and enjoy!
