- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Green icing for decoration
- White icing for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl and stir in the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Sift the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in another bowl. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely, then cut into football shapes and decorate with icing.
