Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Pour batter onto the skillet, cooking pancakes 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve warm with low-carb syrup, berries, or whipped cream.
Notes
