Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together cottage cheese, egg yolks, almond flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries, preserving their shape.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in cloud shapes.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
