- 3 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together cottage cheese, egg yolks, almond flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries, preserving their shape.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in cloud shapes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Ensure egg whites are free from yolk for best results. Experiment with different fruits for variations.
